Verses for Blessing Your Bedroom

We have had the opportunity to renovate several spaces in our house. I always take advantage of these events and write scripture in places that are going to get covered up with drywall, new flooring, paint, etc. Even if you aren’t doing construction in your home, you can bless your bedroom with Bible verses in other ways.

This verse is written on the subfloor in my master bedroom under our bed.

Where to put the Bible Verse

I put our verse on the subfloor of our master bedroom. It has been covered over with new flooring. If your verse is going to be covered up, I recommend taking a photo of it like I did. I wouldn’t have remembered what the verse was otherwise. Other places to put your scripture:

  • on the underside of your bedframe

  • inside our nightstand drawer

  • over the door into your bedroom

  • inside the wall (if you are renovating)

  • printed in a frame

  • on the backside of a piece of art in the room
